The panhandle is pretty bad, followed by the gumps, and all of Mississippi except the coast

Draw a line about 15 miles north of I 10 at the Sabine river and follow it Greenwell Springs road and then tack east about 15 miles south of the state Mississippi until you reach Pearl River.
