Started dating someone a month ago and things are progressing pretty quickly. Her birthday is in a couple of days and she's playing it low key. Have flowers delivered to her office? A nice dinner out? Both? Those would be more obvious choices if we were officially a couple but I don't want to go overboard seeing as we aren't official yet. Just don't want to kill the positive momentum with a stupid move that's too small or too big a gesture at this point.

You're coming on way too strong here. You need to tap the brakes and maybe tell her you're gay or something to lighten things up.

Check her credit score before proceeding any further. Women are always hiding something.

Get her flowers, but you should deliver them when you pick her up for dinner. Do something she likes to do with her...this is easy.

This.

No flowers. That's a bit overboard.

"Baby I know things are moving fast but it just feels right you know"

"I totally agree, I know there's something real here. Like earlier when I was bragging on the internet about fricking you in the arse, it just felt special."

You know her better than all of us, so does she like flowers? If yes, proceed, if no then don't. My wife hates the flowers at work deal, so I don't so it. C'mon man, this is easy. Also, repeat after me, "What do you want to do for your birthday?"

A real boss would take her, some of her friends, or a few other couples all out to dinner.

You just started dating a month ago. Don't corner her up by herself on her birthday, just so you can get some arse. Consider her feelings, and reap the rewards later.

take her out to eat at a nice place, get her some flowers. I believe you are over thinking it. If you like her, you like her. Show her how you feel.
