I don't think i'd mind JVG.
His resume is impressive. 9 full years coaching, no defense ranked lower than 6th. He's basically Thibs, with a personality that doesn't destroy souls.
Seems to have developed some progressive offensive ideas as well in his time away from the court. Something Thibs seems to have no interest in.
