From around the country.. after going 9-3 in the 1st round the SEC is 1-0 today leading in 3 games tied in two and behind here at LSU.

the break was just we needed hopefully.
Rattle ASU pitcher a little, maybe got her off her groove.

Arizona State has solid pitching. Going to be tough for anyone to get past them twice if LSU doesn't come back.

They don't. She's pitching well but she's not good and after her it's a dumpster fire.

Disagree. If they can get to her once everybody else is in the 5-7 ERA. I'd prefer they just win this game though.

i guess, this same pitcher for ASU can comeback despite any number of delays.
Looking at 30 min at the earliest to start again.

From what I've seen the last 2 days she's looked pretty solid. Coming in I thought ASU was going to get smacked around by both Nebraska and LSU but for whatever reason both teams bats haven't come around.

Never expected her to shut down LSU based on LSU having some good weapons.

She hasn't looked overpowering but solid so far. I do agree that if you can get past her ASU could be in trouble.

But, having a day to rest I would have to imagine she will be in the circle again tomorrow.

Winning this game would be huge for the ladies after that late night last night. Would be tough to come back again today to play another game, I think. I would be less worried about being able to win out of the losers bracket if not for that fact.

Damned weather delays.

The other team will be playing back to back games and with the weather the loser of this game will have ample rest in between.

True enough, but just something I'd be worried about.

LSU definitely does not seem to do well when they host a Regional, though. Need to get that monkey off their backs.

Well, that kind of sucks! Looks as though OU-A&M got bumped all the way from ESPN3 to ESPN.

If anything is a dumpster fire right now it's our offense. We started the season red hot and crashed and burned at the end. We may be able to beat Nebraska, but I don't see us turning it around enough to win 2 more games tomorrow.

At what point do you start pointing fingers at Beth? Overall, she's done a great job this season, but it's her job to keep the team motivated to fix any problems. So far, she's been unable to do that. How is this any different than what happened to the gymnastics team? Everybody was all over D. D. Breaux's case when they crapped out in the super regionals.
