I've been waiting on this a very long time, it was supposed to be last spring and I don't know what happened.
It's a show inspired by Twin Peaks.

I've been intrigued by the commercials and hope it's good because not many of my shows are on right now

Books were a ton of fun. Hope it does them justice.

About to watch. I really enjoyed the books.

Yeah I liked the first episode. Will watch again.
I know it's cliche, but my theory is that they are all dead, just due to how differently the three characters saw time (the bartender lady said she'd been there a year, the guy said he saw his partner 5 weeks ago, whereas she said she'd been there 12 years). Because of how the verse says "a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years a day" when discussing eternity.

I honestly don't know WTF to think after the ending of Episode 2 last week.
Of course there's 8 more episodes, so who knows.
I do hope there is a better ending than Fargo last year (which I have high hopes for this fall..)

Just watched the pilot. I'll give it at least one more episode but this looks like a miscast ripoff of The Prisoner dressed up like Twin Peaks.

So my theory was pretty spot on. I don't read books, and I never read any spoilers so I'm pretty impressed that I nailed it as I did.
Also the wife is kind of good looking. Don't know why but she kind of does it for me.

I thought Arlene (sheriff's assistant) looked familiar, and her former occupation per her dossier confirmed it. ![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/IconLOL.gif)
