I have like 10 personal training sessions left that I never used at my gym that don't expire as long as I'm a member there.
I'm saving those specifically for post baby fat burning workout sessions
And since I'm not pregnant yet I'm still trying to lose as much weight as I can and tone up

Well - I was 6% in HS and I was skinny as frick - I was a late bloomer, and I'll take my 165 pound, 15% BF, 36-year old body over my 18 year old, "Scarecrow from the Wizard of Oz" body all day, and twice on Sundays.

This. Because of genetics I have a higher muscle mass than most people. People think I'm around 170 when in reality I'm about 195. Even when I was up above 230 pounds people thought I was about 15-20 pounds lighter than I actually was.

Right. But some people think that because they're skinny they automatically must have a low bf%.
And I don't believe you were 6%.

Maybe a general idea for a certain body frame or type. One certain body frame or type.
I think it's impossible to have a useful picture chart like that

Anything sub 16% is better than most of the population.
The most accurate is hydrostatic testing, but it's the most expensive.
The most accurate, cheap test, is skin caliper testing from 7 different sites.

15% is good. You have to keep in mind that just because you can see a 6 pack doesn't mean that guy is in more shape or has stronger abs than a guy at 15% bf.
thanks was just wondering. im by no means trying to be shredded or enter fitness shows lol. just trying to make myself look better and feel better by staying active. if im in a good range im happy.

Those pics seem pretty inaccurate and far too simple
Well they have to give people something to judge by so they probably are in the ballpark of being correct. Women show weight gain way more than men do in my experience.

Pretty sure your body fat % equals ML/taaka %

Now that is true - "skinny fat" is a real thing, and more women have it than men, frankly, because it is natural for them to be higher in fat and lower in muscle unless they're genetically gifted or work at it pretty hard.

Maybe I wasn't, but that's what the PhD in physiology calculated using the skinfold calipers and a lot of math.
To be honest, there wasn't an ounce of fat on me, but I was fairly stringy - I had a little chest going and a little more arm muscles (curls for the girls ), but you don't get a nickname like "Bones" at summer camp unless you're pretty skinny.
