Neighborhood forums are havens for passive aggressive bs. You did the right thing.

Oh yeah I am totally in agreement with you. I just can't stand it when some bleeding heart cat lover comes in here claiming that we're barbarians for bringing stray cats to the pound.

I hate cats on my property, but can't bring myself to shooting them. I want to, but I don't want to kill someone's pet.

I argued with a bunch of people in our neighborhood yesterday about this. They all want to bitch about people's dogs randomly getting out (not mine) but think it's perfectly fine to let their cats roam freely to walk on cars and dig up flower beds. For some reason they think leash laws dont apply to cats.
frick cat people. From here on out I'm gonna make any cat in my yard disappear.

Crazy cat hoarder lady for a neighbor. I kept catching them, she kept getting new ones. After I caught 11 and kept seeing new ones, I called Animal Control. Found out she was a hoarder and didn't have water or power. Social Services took her away from there, and I won the war.
This was around Hyacinth and Stuart. Dropped this fricker off across the interstate on Bawell, and the bastard was back two days later
Stuck this one in my buddy's garage one day while he was at work and texted him this picture. He was not a happy camper

I think I just found a new hobby. I always wanted to be a big game Hunter. I think I can settle for a cat burgler. Do cats enjoy jerkey?

They dont really. Historically, cats were considered a great way to control the rodent population. Dogs were considered a nuisance because they literally do nothing beneficial out in the wild.
Here is a pretty good link with info on this subject

They eat pretty much whatever, but I've never tried jerky. Usually just food scraps from dinner

I'm hoping for that result tonight

Crazy uncle got in trouble for shooting the strays in his neighborhood with a .22, so he hooked up a metal saucer filled with milk to a car battery...
Not advocating, just putting it out there

All you have to do is leave the cage in the shade and animal control will come and get it (the cat they leave the trap) during the day.
Not in the shade will get you a cruelty ticket.

People think it isn't a big deal to let them run around, but it is.

It is illegal for animals to run wild whether dogs or cats
I would trap them also

Over 16 bird species that have low nests, that I know of. I hate cats.

I'm just glad I'm not in the minority. People were on there saying, "My cat didn't never do nufffin' wrong! #9livesmatter!!!"
