It's only good feature is the outfield besides that pretty small and disappointing facility...I was here in 2013 but I don't remember it being this bad.

Well that's probably why they're upgrading it to be the nicest stadium in college baseball.

I forgot they park the bbq pit right under the camera so you get to look through a smoke screen the whole game.

Only because if the outfield that pack that bitch that's why they are bigger than Alex Box and that's the only reason why

Two questions Mstate......

1) Will the outfield lounge, bbq areas be made smaller almost to a smaller group of diehard fans, or will it be just as expansive as it is now. Whether it is good or bad still is different and brings a certain atmosphere to DNF.

2) What is the giant circular plaza thing in right field meant for? Standing room only?students? I see what looks to be some stands.

All in all well done and great facility. Any LSU fan should welcome better upgrades across the conference, continue to strive to make the SEC #1 in all sports.

Will be made smaller. Lots of our fans are bitching about it too. The big thing with left field in the new stadium will be the 2 bedroom lofts situated behind the lounge

I think that's just a big entrance area

Left Field Lounge will have the same # of spots after expansion and will be offered to the current spot owners. However the price of real estate in the Lounge is going up a good bit.

I can't believe they're still considering dropping that kind of coin on what's turned into such a mediocre program. It's not like they need it for postseason play - they've hosted a whopping one Regionals and one Supers (as a #2) over the last decade+. Is it that important to have a top-class facility for regular season disappointment?

Borderline disgraceful use of the proceeds made possible by the athletic achievements of the rest of the conference.
