I'm sure his source is inside and not media. He's a Nola boy so we can expect some people close to the situation to talk about possibilities.
If Jernard looks at the pro's and con's of LSU it would be hard for him to pass over for Tulane (If LSU reaches out to him).
He could still be close to family in Nola, and would be the missing piece to a team setup to make a very long run in tournament. He'd have elite facilities and almost every game will be on national television next year. There would be scouts galore at his games. He'd get to play with some guys who could make him a hell of a lot better.
Jarreau still has a chance at playing professionally. Washington media continued to talk about how much upside he has. He made over 50% of his three pointers last season. He hit his growth spurt late, and supposedly his brother is doing the same thing. I could see them playing together for Jernard's senior year at LSU.

Based on the info being shared here, this sounds like a perfect match for both parties. I'll be shocked if it doesn't happen.

You should apply for ESPN. You make more sense than all their experts combined.
