It could considering marijuana arrests frequently come combined with some other crime and the perp just happens to have it on them. Also depends on where you smoke. If you toke it up inside your own house and mind your own business you're probably going to be ok. If you stand on the skreet corner and hit it while you drink a 40 with your homies the police are more likely to intervene.
