It's scary to think about but in the coming years being in the top 10% won't be that hard if you are in the right industry due to demographic changes and automation.

Sure, but it's not a huge deal because it's not like I had a choice in the matter.

I've done nothing to be particularly proud of, but I consider myself incredibly lucky to be an American.

Hell yes... The greatest country in history, even with the current anchor that we're dragging along.

This. Travel some out of the country and you will realize just how blessed you are to live here. We are a very spoiled nation.

Yes and I support the entire U.S. Constitution... not some fuzzy make believe one floating around in my brain.

Proud to be an American, but I understand we have a lot of improvements to make.

Being born here is like winning Powerball compared to where else you could have popped up.

I think being proud of something that is out of your control is just lame. You can love feel lucky about it or even love it. You can't choose where your born from. Just like you can't choose your hair color or your family.

Pride should come from accomplishments. Something that you do to improve yourself or improve society or accomplishing a hard goal.

I've ran into many people in the street with "fake patriotism". They tell me how great the US is and tell me to love it. But when I asked them when and who the US got its independence from, they are clueless. To love something is to learn its nature. This applies to country, spouse, career, hobbies.

While I am, our country has a lot to work on. Our freedoms are getting taken away little by little. We need (all races) to get along and demand the government to stop taking liberties away. They can takes our lives but never take our freedom!!
