Wonder if this judge has sat down with his kids to have the talk about how to act when dealing with a white cop. If so, he's a hypocrite.

How about we stop living in the past and making excuses based on events that happened generations ago and just have everything "equal" like all SJWs say they want. But in reality all being equal would mean no affirmative action and such but they don't want that...

Racists wish harm or deny people of other races basic human rights. A racist is someone who wouldn't hire a guy because he's black. A racist is someone who won't allow black kids on their sons t-ball team. Judging someone based off appearance or past experience with people who appear to be similar is prejudice and really just human nature. If I see a white guy walking down the street in a wife beater, all tatted up, jeans sagging below his arse I'm gonna assume he's up to no good. That doesn't mean I hate all white people

Pretty bad behavior by the judge to comment on that case publicly and on social media. I don't not support his decision to use this case as his platform. But I loved his message. Glad to see a judge that actually tries to weed out the racial disparities that plague our justice system.
As for the guy getting probation, well I'm all for second chances. If others can buy their way to more lenient sentences, then maybe a black judge or a empathetic judge is the equalizer to the good ole boys club. I think of the affluenza kid from last year when j think of this case.
Lastly, kudos to the judge for calling out the parents IN COURT. Chances are, they were racist as frick to begin with. I feel horrible for them and no one should be vandalized like that, but you don't combat hate with hate.
