Chackbay with Zats liquid, and other stuff.

I had Proboil last night for the first time. Really liked it. Much less salt than the standard zats boil with more heat and a deeper smoked paprika flavor that was excellent.

Not all crawfish boils are the same, but as long as the crawfish are not overcooked, I can make it work. By the time I begin my feast, I've already down several cold ones anyway, so the taste is masked.

None of the above.
I go with Chackbay everytime.

Go to Captain Sids in bucktown and tell them how many pounds you are boiling, they'll give you the best ready made spice in the world !

This.....sids is my go to.....will never use anything else. I do add a few splashes of Zats liquid and cayenne, but that always leaves the crowd raving.
