eh parts of this bill make me sick.

Swimming? Are we using legislature to limit PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES

You know, physical activity could help improve the health of some of these folks.

Maybe they just don't want to swim with them anymore

Oh come on now....like the people on welfare going to the pools with their 12 kids were doing laps in the pool

You show me someone who swims for exercise and I'll show you someone who is not on government assistance.

Standing in the shallow end, being too loud, and splashing too much is not the same as swimming.
