Do the dregs of society's driving habits correlate with the rest of their life?

I'm sure if they drove Range Rovers and never worried about gas money they'd improve. But they're poor, have shite cars, probably stress about gas money, and have no motivation. Of course they're shitty drivers.

Based on my unscientific observations, they also seem to get in more accidents, file more lawsuits, and tend to embellish their injuries/damages in search for a handout to supplement the government funds they're already receiving

I've often thought that how quickly/ efficiently someone can navigate a busy parking lot provides an accurate correlation to their mental processing power.
