Retain everyone but Ryno. Move him for a Gerald Green / Corey Brewer type. I'd consider that a successful offseason in a realistic world. You finally have the quality depth on this team. Give Monty a full year with it and provide him roster consistency. No more excuses.

I'm pretty sure it was that he's not efficient. He put up nice counting stats in Philadelphia. Coming in he took too many long 2s, didn't get to the line that often and didn't finish well at the rim. In NO, he's cut down on the long 2s and is finishing better. He's more efficient, but he hasn't proven he can be a lead dog of an offense. Think Mike Conley, which is a pretty good player.
