Baton Rouge Police say 58-year-old Eldridge Dukes and his son 18-year-old Brentin Dukes began arguing over the fact there was no more orange juice. The argument then escalated when the 18-year-old broke a porcelain vase.

According to police, Eldridge Dukes grabbed a .357 caliber handgun and proceeded to chase his son though the home and into the street. Dukes then fired several shots at his son, hitting him in the buttocks.

Eldridge supported his son for 18 years and the little fricker can't buy more orange juice when he finishes it? If I were the judge I would let the dad walk away. He is just teaching his son a lesson. Its a sad world we live in where a father can't discipline his son where he sees fit. More government regulation.

40-year gap in age will do it. My old man is 37 years older than I am (I'm 32, he's almost 70) and I steered clear of his old school wrath when things got tense.
