I was inspired by this thread. I only caught two trout this weekend. Instead of grilling, I fried whole.

Used to fry our bream whole. I miss those poor old college days.

Looks great. May try fryin a whole trout one day....Its the only way I fry white perch or bream to this day.

Try the grilled route. Cant stress enough how important the drying step is.. I tore one I cooked last week because I didnt dry it well enough.
