Jimmy for Unger and the #1 pick made sense. They got hosed giving up the 4th rounder.

We traded one of the best pass catching tight ends in the history of the NFL for a top 5 center and basically a 2nd round pic. When Payton and loomis are gone next year this will go down as one of the worse trades in Saints History..

Wow. You really lack perspective in so many areas.

I know they said he was off limits, but I'd bet Cooks was one of them they offered.

this would have made no sense at all

they traded up to take cooks last season. now they are going to trade him for a center and a later first round pick than where they drafted him? let me guess....so they could have packaged both those to trade up for cooper? another wr...

Do people really think it was a good deal but we got hosed on the 4th rounder? That's far from the definition of getting hosed. We likely had to do it so they would give use their first instead of their second. That would be getting hosed.

I have a feeling that the Seattle offense is going to show how ridiculous it was for Jimmy to want WR money. He'll be decent in the red zone but just another TE basically.

I 100% believe he doesn't break 900 yards.

i dont think he'll break 10 td's either, even as their only red zone threat. How many of jg's tds last season were more of a product of our complete inability to punch it in from short yardage because of our garbage interior line, as opposed to being our first option? seattle doesn't have that problem...not to mention pete carrolls last decision will be sure to haunt him for awhile.

Seattle is gathering cancer quicker than a chain smoking, obese, nuclear power plant operator, who eats everything out of plastic containers heated in a microwave, lives under power lines, and above a fracking operation on an old military nuclear testing site.

I still can't believe they paid that much to Lynch.

If that trade wouldve happened, I'd think Seattle got hosed and Loomis was a master negotiator.
