which one of you douchebags has a flashing light on his dash?

i got on I10 at Acadian last night, and was followed by a douche in a black ford truck, with a flashing white light on his dash. he appeared to be using it to clear the lane in front of him. eventually, he pulled farther to the right and turned off the light. i wondered why, until he was passed by a trooper in a suburban.
eta that i'm a dyslexic, dyscalculic, agnostic, so i stay up nights pondering the existence of dog. also, i made a mistake and called it I12.

Could be a pilot car that forgot to turn it off...
I have a friend whose company car was a white Impala. He put a PA in it, and would hit the siren button when he wanted people to move out of the left lane.
