Workout Crew: How many grams of protein you taking in?

I'm finding it pretty difficult to get in the "recommended" grams of protein each day. I'm 235 lb right now and can barely crack 150 grams at the end of the day. I hate eating just to eat. Do you guys take in your body weight each day? Have you upped or lowered your intake and noticed significant results whether positive or negative? Interested in hearing everyone's experiences and bro science. I'll hang up and listen while I work out .

You have to plan to break 150 if you are on any kind of calorie restriction. Bulking = no problem
Cutting is a different story.

I didn't search or anything and haven't been checking the OT lately. Sue me. Link the thread please.

I've always wondered what the adequate intake of protein is per person. Right now, I get right at 100 grams with 2 protein shakes (Gold Standard), another 15 from a container of yogurt, and then add in whatever else I eat throughout the day. I guess I end up around 150 grams as well, maybe more depending on how much I eat and what I eat.

1 post workout protein shake is 60 grams. Its pretty easy to get 200 grams. I don't try to hit a certain number bc I do have a high protein (clean) diet

Surely you're not talkin about 60g in 1 serv. If so I want to know what you're taking . Sometimes I take 2 servs post-workout but not always

What is the protein % or content of breast milk?
You literally doubled in size while drinking it over a year or less.
Anything over that in protein is a waste. Your pissing out that protein.

I'm not a fan of 60g in a post work out. "They" say that's not a useful way to take it. But still if you have 3000 calories it's a breeze. 1800 you have to do work to get to 180 of protein.

I'm limiting myself to 2400 right now. 230g is definitely attainable but it's not fun. Guess that's the point if you want results though
