Sober things to do in New Orleans

I visit New Orleans pretty frequently, but it's typically with friends with a lot of bars involved.
This time I'm heading down with my girlfriend that is not much of a drinker and I realized, if I'm not bar hoping, I'm not sure what to do. I'll be staying around the quarter, any sober recommendations?

There a literally a million things to do that don't involve drinking. You can't think of at least one?

Just thinking of something different from the aquarium and getting food.

Go to city park and play mini golf, rent bikes, paddle boats. Can also hit up the museum there and eat beignets at Coffee Call.
Take the street car there.
WWII Museum.
Go take walking tours of the garden district.
Eat alot of damn good food.
Take her shopping down magazine.

WWII Museum.
Royal St is a glorified flea market.
Swamp tour was actually fun especially if your girl isn't outdoorsy.
Plenty of places to eat.
