Mike Vick as a freshman in '99 single-handedly dragging that Va-Tech squad to the Nat'l Title game was probably the most incredible non-Tommie Frazier thing I saw in CFB in the '90s. Just awesome.

He doesn't deserve to be listed above any on that list based on that one year alone, but I figured he deserved a mention. I remember going to school the day after the championship game and that was all we could talk about even though they lost.

I completely agree with you. Michael Vick absolutely deserves to be on the list ahead of Weinke and Ward who both benefited tremendously from Florida State's offensive system.
