Agreed. Is there a way to use Kodi without having your PC directly connected to your TV set? I've been using the Sling app (via beIN) on Roku for La Liga, Ligue 1, and Serie A. Now with the NBC app I can watch all the Premier League matches as well on any TV in my house. The only thing that is still a pain in the arse for someone without cable/satellite is Champions League.

Fubo.tv is $7 a month and lets you stream BeIn Sports and Gol TV, plus a few other channels in HD.
Also, Hola is great but I haven't found it to be any use for watching soccer games.

If I buy the Fox Soccer Channel on DirectTV will it unlock all of the channels in the 500's that are labeled UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League? I already get all the prem games that are right next to them on the guide. Is BeIN better to have than the Fox Soccer Channel? Both are about 15 bucks a month on DirectTV.

FYI: there's an app on the iTunes Store for iPod and iPad called "live media player" that legally streams most U.S. and British sports channels for free.

This needs an overhaul. XBMC isn't even a thing anymore. But if anyone needs some good hookups for lesser know repositories on KODI I can help with dat.

quote:Have you tried it? I noticed this theother day and not sure if I should bother. I have DISH Network and pay for Bein and Fox/NBC cover just about all the matches I am into.

Some CL games though Id watch if I could and wonder if this would cover those.

So if anyone wants a perfect HD stream for EPL games and is willing to pay. There is now the premier league pass. Thing is to use it and buy it you need a a New Zealand IP
But for all my XBMC/Kodi users there is a way to watch it. If you have the Phoenix addon just click on Phoenix and then click on sports. Once there just click on live/showing now and then football. Then boom all the matches are right there. If you have decent internet you should be good and its in perfect HD.
All it lacks is the prematch shows or halftime shite.

Well if you're a United fan you may want to watch with both hands over eyes, peaking through your fingers.
