So what’s the best option now?

IPTV LOL
that will always be my answer
I'll probably give Hulu Live a look once my YTTV price goes up officially.

You need to watch RM, they'll pull this CL out of their ass.

If I get Paramount + to watch Champion's League, is it live only or can I start a match any time and fast forward?

On replay you can fast forward by frame. I think each frame is 10 seconds. If using a mobile device, it has a 10 second skip button.
Live: You have to watch in progress. If you are wanting to watch a match and it has started, I'd wait for replay to watch.

Nordic broadcaster Viaplay has bought the rights from Uefa to exclusively show all Scotland men's national team matches from 2024-2028. The deal - part of a centralised sale - includes World Cup and Euro qualifiers, Nations League ties and friendlies.

Streaming service Viaplay, which will launch in the UK in the second half of this year, takes over from Sky Sports. The Scottish FA says it has held "positive initial dialogue" about some of the games being free to air. Fans will be able to watch games through the Viaplay website and app as well as on connected TVs, games consoles, and devices such as Apple TV and Google Chromecast.
Hopefully still on espn+
