Older people. My parents (mid 50s) watch this garbage non-stop. It's either NCIS New Orleans, NCIS, Blue Bloods, Rizoli and Isles, Castle, or Date Line that is on the TV whenever I go home to visit.

Mrs. Midnight watches a $hit-ton of NCIS.

My wife and I love NCIS and yes, we are old fogies. 
Law & Order on NBC is the longest running non-animated TV series with 16 seasons. CBS' CSI is at 15 seasons. NCIS is in its 12 season and still going strong. I image the show will end when Mark Harmon retires. Oh, and Ziva is scrumptious:

Then don't watch them.
There are hundreds of channels to choose from - watch something else.
If I started a thread about every show that was on that I didn't like, the Board would shut down.

Criminal minds is cool
