Guess I'm in the breaded minority. Too often the unbreaded are either rubbery from undercooking or over cooked as hell and dry.

I really love Bayou's spicy Korean wings. Best I have ever had.

I don't think so. People who love Bayou really love it. There's something about the aftertaste of the breading and the texture that throws me off. I really love smoked wings though.

Bourre doesn't bread theirs. I'm not sure if they're so small because they're cheap or because they're using expensive chicken that isn't jacked up on hormones. But they're embarrassingly small.
