glock upgrades

I picked up a couple things for my 23...a SS rod/spring and a lone wolf 9mm conversion barrel
tried them out at the range today. the heavier rod adds a bit of weight at the muzzle and does help with flip as advertised. The conversion barrel drops right in and I was amazed at how much more comfortable and fun to shoot it is with 9mm vs .40
so I'm happy with both
looking thru the glockstore catalog there's dozen of other swapouts and add ons available
anyone tried any of the mag releases, slide attachments etc? the only thing I hate about the gun is the tiny slide release buttons but I didn't see anything that addresses that.

Is it bad that I like Glocks and 1911s? I carry the Glock a lot more but if I could only choose one, it would definitely be my Colt 1911.

I like the following; Ghost trigger 4.5lb ranger (3.5 is fine too but maybe a little light on carry gun), made trigger a little more crisp, put in extended mag release and extended (very slightly) extended slide lock.

1911's are my favorite platform, but I shoot my Glock 19 better than any gun I own. And I'm not a Glock fanboy by any means.
