OT Workout crew. What ya working today

2 mile run. 3 mile walk. 3 sets of leg presses and 3 sets of squats. I hate working legs. 2 tbs peanut butter and a bag of quinoa/brown rice mix.

Today is my rest day, but since I'm going to NO for Mardi Gras and will be at Endymion Sat., I may do shoulders tonight and arms tomorrow morning before I leave to go down there.
