I don't eat at any set times. So I take my meals on MY terms, not the man's like most of the rest of the world.
Seriously, I'm like Forrest when he was running. "When I got tired, I slept. When I got hungry, I ate...."

Varies daily depending on my work schedule.
At work I usually try to keep a schedule if I can...
snack at 8-9 pm
lunch at 12-1 am
very small snack at 3-4 am
breakfast at 5-6 am

I eat breakfast at 6 am every day then the rest isn't really on a schedule, lunch is when I get hungry or someone says let's go, dinner depends is we cook or eat out

It depends.
When I'm working and the company is providing meals:
Breakfast - 8:30
Lunch - 12:00
Dinner - 6:00

I started eating only when I get hungry no matter the time. I lost 15 pounds in 2 months

I am sorry but I just don't see how any adult could eat dinner at 6 pm(unless you start work at some ridiculous hour).
Anyway for me its
coffee and a donut at 11
a snack at noon
lunch 4-6
dinner at 8-10
snack at some point before I go to sleep.

This isn't far from me either.
For me it is breakfast at about 5:30
Lunch is typically around 11 unless we are pressed with concrete.
Dinner is typically about 5:30 to 6 when I get home from the office.

I think a lot of people eat early cause they are prone to gaining weight. I like eating right before bed and sleeping with a full belly.

I don't see how anyone can wait until 11 am for breakfast. Not when most people with 9-5 type jobs are up around 6-7 am.

Most of us grown ups have work schedules, you'll get there one day

You find yourself having to eat breakfast shortly after you wake up?
I do...I'm usually hungry as soon as I wake up

Breakfast at 6 after workout
Posted on 2/1/15 at 6:04 pm to yellowfin
I usually workout in the afternoons first thing when I wake up for work. But I have to eat something small (granola bar or small piece of fruit) or I can't focus at the gym cause I'm so hungry.

I drink a pre workout first
I'd throw up if I ate right before going to my class

If I'm not home and helping cook by 5:15 my wife wants to eat out. By 5:30 I better be on the phone to order something...
Growing up we often ate between 7 and 8. It drives me nuts having to rush home and cook every day.
