I would back Lynch 100% if people just expected him and wanted him to talk to the media, but to choose not to after you agree to it is completely different. It's pretty simple and I side with Stephen A on this

Marshawn Lynch is a big spoiled baby, whaaaa let me cry and bitch bc I make millions of dollars playing a game but I have to do a few interviews along the way.

I should have been more clear in my posts. He's not violating his contract by being there. I'm more talking about the people who bitch at the media and the nfl for "forcing" him to be there

I would have thought that if someone wanted some meaningful insight into the game, they'd avoid Lynch... The reporters should be asking questions to the other guys that want to talk. Unless they were :gasp: wanting these interviews all along.

He's abiding by the rule of his contract that states he has to available but doesn't dictate that he has to communicate anything of worth. And I do agree with his stance that it's shitty that players have to be available on the regular but Goodell hides like a pussy when the media comes after him.
I'm sure the NFL will probably start trying to close that loophole in contracts with some kind of language that states they have to do more than just be available.
