Chicken and waffles for breakfast. Walked 20 yards from my car and tithe office. Then went up a flight of stairs slightly upbeat.

It's almost lunch so I'll do that same workout twice inthe next hour and again when I leave.

I did shoulders today. Normally I hit traps also on this day but almost fricked something up last week so waiting until Friday to hit them again.

Legs tomorrow
Chest/tri Wednesday
Back/bi Thursday
Start over with shoulders and traps Friday.

I will mix in some walking on the treadmill and running outside. Also swing the golf clubs in the evening.

explosive deadlifts 8x2 (230). this felt about 50% of my max effort. no chalk, no belt, just grip and rip with about 30 sec rest intervals.

rack pulls 2x5 (245)
leg press 4x10
lat pulldown 4x10
leg extension 4x10
leg curl 4x10
pull ups 2x5
decline situps 2x10.

it finally feels good to be lifting consistently again. will do some jiujitsu or aikido tonight

Go easy on bi's.

yep. hammer the tris and and back…you'll get enough bicep work from bent over rows to carry you through. you don't want huge biceps if you are playing golf. They will shorten your swing and make you leak nitro like a sieve
