This guy may be a bigger dumbass than Selig.

Well that's just wrong, it's like deflating a football or something
Posted on 1/25/15 at 11:44 am to msutiger
What's the point of eliminating it?

I think this was planned by him and selig, Bud: "ok, so you start out by saying the dumbest thing you can come up with. That instantly makes me look smarter and you have no way to go but up."
Seriously, next he'll be saying pitches can't throw inside and base runners can't lead off.

That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. There are no "positions" on a baseball field.
If I want to play with 4 outfielders and no second baseman, then that's what I'll do.
I should be able to put 7 guys in left field if I want to.

He said its "killing" the game.
Yes Rob, the game of baseball is dying because Moustakas doesn't know how to hit the ball the other way....
Give me a break.

Let's also remove bunting and base stealing. bullshite a guy can just steal base without hitting a double. It's killing the game!

I think it's awesome.
You should be able to put as many players on one side of the infield as you'd like, but this crap where the 2nd baseman is 100 feet into the outfield needs to stop.
The game is so boring.

They should just eliminate defense all together to get those offensive numbers up. Maybe put the ball on a tee.

You serious?

It's boring because you have pitchers taking 45 seconds in between pitches.

Maybe he thinks baseball managers are overworked. Lol

As an Astros fan, frick this
Posted on 1/25/15 at 12:02 pm to msutiger
Wtf? They should just make circles the players have to start in then.

I'm dead serious.
They're trying to do things to make the game more exciting. Baseball purists won't like it, but that's just the way it is.
Infielders have to stay within a certain distance from the dirt, or else it's illegal defense. This is how I've felt from the beginning of last season.
I also think the NL should adopt the DH, which would make the game way more exciting. Ask a lot of Astros fans if they're still pissed that their pitchers don't get to hit.
That's just me, though. I have been watching baseball all my life, but I just don't have an old school approach to it. I want to bring more excitement into the game.
