Yes. The concept of "over-training" is actually hard to do.

I think if you run the same day that you have a beast mode workout can have a detrimental affect on muscle growth. I think a 30 min run the following day you will be ok if anything you may get rid of some of the lactic acid.

If you're trying to lose weight, go run. If your trying to gain weight/build muscle, running will make it harder to do. Running burns calories. Fewer calories = less muscle growth. Simple as that. One run won't make a difference though if ur just feeling like u want to run today.

You aren't going to hurt muscle growth. Technically, if you ran right after you worked out, you might hurt muscle growth but I dunno if it would be by a material amount.

It's an off day though. I didn't lift today.

Whatever. I feel good. 30 minute run, 10 minute bike. Now I'm going to put those calories right back in me. I just wanted the 20 minutes of fat burn

Thanks man

I was doing 4 miles after each session

I think it's a material amount compared to how I feel now that ive relegated cardio to off days only

Pretty sure if you're doing both running and lifting you should always run after you've lifted for the day...and probably for no more than 30 minutes. At least if your goal is to get bigger.

OP Calories In Calories Out is the more important thing to worry about. Just add another healthy snack or two the days you do cardio as well and I'm sure you'd be fine.

Yes you can run, it won't hurt you in any way.
