I would think we have every reason in the world to believe that Jennings and Harris develop nicely.

Explain to me then how Jennings regressed last year? How Jefferson may have played his best game as a freshman? I think we've seen more regression than development

1) trust me i don't care enough to panic
2) offseason qb thread is pretty standard

At some point, you have to focus on improving the QBs that are on the team.

getting a quailty qb every yr.....is just not possible, there only so many 2015....what about 2015????

LSU is run oriented, line-down somewhat until we got some good news on returns, 3rd & 2 yr in front, 1 & 2 in waiting in 2016...development in that position..idk......BIG PICTURE ......of QB is a btr thread wording...

No, my point is to recruit a valid option at QB every year so you dont' have to start a freshman. Create depth

Well with the benefit of hindsight you can win a lot of arguments.

I do know that many of the kids now will transfer with the quickness if the position looks tough to win.

It's complicated...moreso than other positions because of playing time obviously.

Harris could very well come in and blow the doors off. He has that kind of talent. But if he doesn't, and lsu drops another season where they can't compete... it will be because of the QB position, not the RB, not the defense, not the WRs. And it will also be the beginning of the end of les miles. I think with a crappy 2015 he gets 16 as his last chance.

Kind of like JJ and JL when they were juniors and seniors?

You can't just force a position.

And you cant just give up on a big time prospect after a true freshman year lol.. Especially at the qb position.

Even big time juco transfer Mettenberger did not play over JJ his first year.. And his 2nd season wasn't all that inpressive outside of a big game or two.. It took even him to be a senior on the team for 3 years to finally turn it on.

Recruiting talented physical athletes with limited intelligence is not a winning strategy at the QB position.

The logical thing to tell you is that you are a fricking clown and should never post again. After living in College Station and listening to these idiots over here you should definitely be a A&M fan. You would fit right in.

You're exactly right. I just don't understand what is wrong with our fanbase and specifically this board. They act like our offense and more so, the quarterback is a real concern. We need to all just take a page from Aaron Rogers and relax. Miles is a top notch recruiter and world class coach. There is no doubt that our quarterbacks will be as good or if not better than last year under his tutilage which will guarantee us strong competition for top five in the SEC west next year.

These shows just how huge your lack of knowledge really is. So please keep your senseless opinions to yourself.

PS... the reason we aren't signing qb's this year is that the next manning/luck is in next year's class and we are in the lead for him.I bet you couldn't name his name yet somehow you think your opinion is sound. Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahagahahahahahahaa
