On a side note, the estate tax needs to go away or be reduced considerably. There is no logical reason that the Benson family should have to pay taxes of 50% or whatever the number is because he passes away.

If I were him, I'd sell the Saints, eliminate the trust funds (if there are any), spend every dime before I died. That way, the wife doesn't get a cent, and neither do the children.
