good. what I like about this, and the Allen hire, is that with the exception of DC, we haven't been in a situation lately where we have looked at our staff and said "these guys suck, let's go out and get guys we think can do better." For most of the last several years we've been in a different mode.... more like "shite, we lost this or that great coach, I guess we'll just promote the guy behind him and hope for the best."

I much prefer this kind of proactive, let's go get the guys we want approach.

Hopefully he can improve our biggest weakness...Drafting defensive players. He's done it everywhere he's been. He and Dennis Allen cover 2 of our biggest needs. Hopefully we can fix our oline problems now.

Sporano could be a good O line coach.

Hannagriff is talking about how poor Ireland's picks have been in Mia.

Weak hire imo. Who did he draft in his previous jobs that made a difference? I know he found Cameron Wake but wasn't drafted. Was no one else available?

Gives a good fan opinion about whatever the talking point is.
Good baseball knowledge and radio broadcaster.
Has a nice combination of fan insight and insider knowledge.

Let's do a draft comparison

Dolphins (2008-2013)

-50 players drafted
-Average round: 4.1
-2,059 games played
-41.18 games/player

Patriots 2008-2013
-54 players
-Average round: 3.98
-1,955 games
-36 games/player

Saints 2008-2013
-32 players
-Average Round: 3.97
-1,093 games
-34 games/player

Looks pretty fricking good to me. He likes to keep picks and gets them on the field

So you are clearly jumping to conclusions, and then immediately asking for someone to google that for you. Wow, amazing job sir.

PS: Is this you?
