Have a 4x6 welding table already, Have a mig and a Tig/stick machine along with torch, cutoff saw etc.

for wood I have table saw, miter saw, router table, joiner, planer, shite ton of power tools (drills, sanders, saws, etc.)

Good Idea on the rolling a-frame, will prob make that happen!

I actually have a 20'x40' awning on the back side of the shop, thinking about framing it up for storing lawn equipment, 4 wheeler, tractor, etc.

You got a compressor yet? Put that bitch outside under the awning. Everyone always says get reels but I've never had one last more than six months. I like to just roll up the hose and hang it on the wall.

Yea, I've got a 60 gal. Thinking about framing out above my bathroom and insulating real good and putting compressor and duct collector up there to keep the noise down and keep everything secure and out of the elements. Previous owner plummed PVC lines through out the shop with air taps and a drop down so already got a pretty good setup in terms of air.

lol, cant help you there, was a little odd in previous owners design but remodeled kitcchen and master bath. House is only 12 years old but you felt like you were walking into the 80's when you entered the door.

Both of my compressors (200 and 150 gal backup) have been outside under an awning for 15 years and I make my living with them. Never had a problem with them. It's your shop but it's unnecesary noise in that big building. When a pop-off goes to blowing randomly it will scare the shite out of you.

Sounds like you got just about everything you need to fill it up. You just need to worry about placement, storage and organization. Have fun. My little shop is a three move shop. I have to move at least three things anytime I get ready to work in it.
