Bama should take him !

The kid took all of his bad advice from Collins. He will now pay for it!

He made his bed. Maybe ull will take him

I get the move, but personally I would take him on a zero-tolerance policy. Great talent, and if he acts up just once you drop him. Then if he gets let go from a second school in 2 years, it just makes him look like a problem that can't be fixed, not an LSU institutional issue.

The greatest non recruit ever
I think GW should ask his brother LC for some more advice

Go to A&M or BAMA. They both wanted you before.

After Willis behavior, I totally support this move by Miles. Young man needs to get his head on straight. He'd come to LSU thinking he could do whatever he wants with no consequences. Needs to learn while he's still young enough to.

What happened to us being thin at DE?

Good. Want nothing to do with that entire family.

Stupid should have given him a chance. Let him know one mistake and youre off. Could have been a serious talent.

Its funny cuz coaches are constantly bashed for accepting "thugs" from other programs who transfer after committing crimes. And now its stupid for Miles to show the integrity we are always begging for

If true, it is a good move by Miles

Gerald Willis has a huge character deficiency. We can't cure him by pointing him in the right direction. He is self-destructive by nature, and I think he may end up hurting somebody. I'd rather he do that while wearing a Bama jersey or a Tennessee jersey. That's not based on ego or feeling spurned, that is based on him being a really bad actor that could really bring harm to the program. I think we really dodged a bullet with him. There are WAY too many good kids itching for a spot to waste one on him.

If that in fact did go down, I'm proud of Les for that. LSU isn't anybody's fallback school once a kid fricks up with his first choice. Anyway, goodluck to the kid. I hope he gets his life in order.

Im all for second chances, but I recently talked to the A.D. at my alma mater, Edna Karr and he told me over the Thanksgivin Break that he was not worth the risk. Knowing what I know about my former coach who inspired me to become a math teacher, spoke volumes about his character
