Where my Nega-LadyTigers at? They beat a ranked team on the road….crickets

71-69 in 2OT over 18-2 Mississippi State on the road. Ballard scored 24 points off the bench including a 3 at the buzzer in the 1st OT to send the game to a second OT.
The team has improved greatly in 2 months and looks more like a "team" than they have at any point this year. If the coach can be raked over the coals for every single loss, how about a little credit for a win?

There are quite a few of them actually. They show up to rip the shite out of Caldwell, Alleva, Miriam Segar, and anyone else associated with the program every time something goes wrong.

9-8 now…3-2 in league. You are most likely right about the tourney…but at least there is a ray of hope. The Nega-LadyTigers had this team winning only about 2-3 league games total.

Just making a point about how things work around here. Why do so many people quickly log in to make negative threads after losses, but nobody wants to say good things after wins? It is like that for every sport.

I think a major problem is that we are paying her $700k and are not getting results like we should. Yea she has been to a couple of sweet 16's, but we really have never been in positioned to make a final 4 or even compete for one. Recruiting hasn't been good either.

The coach is overpaid. Alleva made a bad hire. Program has declined since she was hired. It is what it is. As long as little old ladies are still going to games, I guess that's all that matters.

What? They've made the tournament each year and got the Sweet 16 last year. How is that a poor performance?
