Agree, the guy is still here and has not bolted. When the NCAA approves 11 he might move to linebackers.

".. 1. Allegedly Brick has some family medical issues that have him deeply tied down to Baton Rouge.
2. Intern is the term/position that Brick must be in at this time in order to abide by NCAA requirements.
3. IMO, he is staying at LSU and will be named to a different position once the NCAA approves the additional coaching slot.

This , mostly. At least states facts of situation.
Miles would not intentionally insult or embarrass Haley .
A word stumble by Miles perhaps . But Haley has to be in "some capacity" to stay on staff. "Intern" is as good as any...
