I just don't understand. I'm at a loss for words.

What happened?
How could this possibly be the hire? He's a terrible defensive coordinator. He has a resume that should get him laughed out of an interview room.
Can we email Alleva and demand answers? Email someone?
Our team took a major step back today. This is embarrassing.

Our position coaches had already signed their new contracts, therefore the new DC wouldn't have been able to bring his own staff with him. Given those constraints, nobody worth a shite wanted the job, so we are stuck with Steele.
This epic fail is as much Alleva's fault as it is Miles.

The only bright spot I see is that this will accelerate the timeline on Les/Alleva leaving. Hopefully the timing lines up with Chip flaming out in Philly.
