The NFL has chosen this route because this is a PR problem

it WAS a PR problem and died out with a news cycle once the liberal media posts stopped creating that narrative and moved onto other stories

all the NFL is doing is feeding the beast, allowing itself to be vulnerable the next time the media wants to create a faux issue

The liberal controlled media thinks otherwise

Good...lord...

The NFL continuously covering its arse over the the Ray Rice situation is the "liberal" media's fault? I do agree with you that every time they bring it up, it's just a reminder of how much they screwed up. They'd be better off ignoring it and letting it go away. I am sensitive to the cause, but let's be honest. A dumb NFL commercial isn't going to get the abused to go get the help they need.

For the record, the irony of bitching about a "liberal" commercial on FOX is not lost on me.

I cringe every time they come on. It just feels as if they are so fake and they are over reaching. That said domestic abuse is a big issue that needs to be addressed more

It hardly fell off the face of the news earth. The Ray Rice case came up again and again. Clearly the NFL figured it was enough of a problem that they had to react.
