If you're that insistent on bailing the OPP out you need to get down to the jail and post the measly $500.

You do have $500 right?

Like I said, I finally got through to OPP and they say she has not even brought in. Not that she hasnt been processed, they say she is not even there yet.

Only thing I can think of is maybe they brought her some where to get a blood test before taking her to jail.

They still do this huh?

They're lying to you. She's in holding right now. Will be there for awhile. Based on personal experience, if she wants to be processed quicker, she can pull some Lockup type stunts to get her orange jumpsuit and grits and boiled egg breakfast quicker but you're not going to see her until Sunday night.

Call a bail bondsman that can call the judge, so the judge can set bail. Then, use your car title as bond $$$ (if they are a good friend). I did this for a friend when we were in college.

I paid $908 to bail someone out of OPP in 2004 (DUI and Illegal Lane Usage).

Many of the frickers working at OPP are completely worthless. Prepare yourself for an experience in petty bureaucratic bullshite.

It shouldn't take until Sunday night, but it'll probably be lunchtime this afternoon...

I'm convinced that part of MADD's guilty until proven innocent lobbying effort is that all DUI/Suspicion of DUI arrestees have to spend at least 12 hours at OPP. Add to that the lazy, inefficient, entitled attitude of an Orleans Criminal Sheriff's employee; and it takes a while to get bailed out.

She may be at one of the district stations, giving a test or something and then waiting for the shift change before someone brings her over to central booking....

Call blares bail bondsman (Id give you my name possibly as a reference but I dunno)

They will tell you what you need to do. They can actually get the ball rolling before she is even completely booked.

You want to get her out before going to Gen PoP if possible, which doesn't seem like it should be.

But get this girl out at all means neccessary. Call any and everyone to get the money if you have to. Don't leave her in there. It isn't even close as bad for females, but it's an absolute jungle in some camps for males.

That place fricking sucks and has the scum of humanity. The frickers running it don't give a frick and are a waste of tax dollars.

After ninety minutes, the survival rate in OPP drops down to about 12%. Your friend is most likely already dead. My condolences.

Certain tents, the top floor(3rd) of Conchetta(sp?), being housed any tier in the old parish(behind the court house) the temperaments(5), HOD(house of detention).... Some could be closed at the moment, but it seems they always condem them and close them for a little while to get the Feds off of their back and then start using them again.... Complete dumps. Places that some people would throw absolute fits if they were to house pets in some of those buildings.

I think this is where I was for my weekend. It wasn't so bad but I did make friends with some rough looking cartel types in the first few hours. Between that and the scene I made during processing, I guess I came off as someone not to be trifled with.
