If I'm the Bengals, I'm going for it on 4th down the entire 4th quarter. You know your defense has to be gassed, and you need a spark to get going. Maybe an extra down can do it for you. If it costs you, who cares? You were going to lose anyway.

I've said this before, but an average QB is the worst thing for a great team to have. If you have a completely shitty one, you look for a new one. An average QB can prevent you from winning anything meaningful for years.
