Do you seriously not think KD could play SG?
He could

but why would you want him to?

They were better back then because they actually had fundamentals.

According to Kobe he would rather go with all Euro players.

It might be more interesting if you say why you wouldn't want him to play SG next to LeBron James at SF.

Because he is almost 7 feet tall and can handle and shoot the ball like 6 foot guard.

He is a matchup nightmare in any era.

Kobe says a lot of dumb things if you haven't noticed.

He used Marc Gasol as an example of how the foreign game produces more skilled players....... Marc played high school basketball in Memphis growing up.

Did gasol play aau ball? Didn't he also play in Europe a good bit? He's clearly a 'Euro' whether he played in high school in the US or not.

They are prolly more talented. In no way does that mean they're better.

Lebron, Durant, and Melo are better than almost all SFs then. Take out Melo and Lebron and Durant are better than all SFs from that era

Lebron is better than all of them and Durant is on his way to being better.

I remember we had a similar debate in the office around 1999 and we all agreed the NBA was losing ball talent and fundamentals compared to the 80s but gaining physicality.
