I was going to speak of individual ramekins of ketchup but I refrained. We take out special needs child (almost adult age) with us to nice places and heis going to order fries and ketchup. Love that boy.

A lot of "nicer" resturants and majority of resturants connected to hotels give the mini bottles. They use them for to-go orders and room service and just keep them for the resturant when they don't go through too much ketchup. Those little things are not cheap individually and add up quick.
I've managed front of the house in some nicer places. Columns for example uses them.
