Not to mention the FO chose to let him play his last year without an extension when they had more leverage for a cheaper contract

Of course not, a good company would cut my pay without giving me a choice if it was negatively affecting the company.

20% for a Super Bowl? In a heartbeat.

If you think Drew is playing for the money, then I can't help you. Drew wants to win Super Bowls. Drew would play for free if it meant winning another SB. When his career is over, he will be remembered for how many SB's he won, not how much money he made.

When he finished his career with only one SB win, he will just be added to the long list of others who did just that.
