The problem with these offenses are you score really fast which leaves your defense exposed to long drives which tire them out. And now your defense is Swiss cheese in the fourth quarter.

Scoring touchdowns too fast is a really flimsy argument. If you score, they have to score to match you. What if you score in 3 plays and they go three and out? You score 6 plays later and lead 14-0? You go 3 and out and still lead 7-0?

You use the worst case as an argument against a more reasonable expectation.

the thing is you don't always score

your 3 and outs are shorter
your 8 and outs are shorts.

All your drives are shorter whether you score or not.

So, other than AU, what fast paced, no huddle offensive team has won anything on the national level? As for that "flimsy argument", it's made by every college football expert out there.
