if just some juniors stay we would be set next year.

Really hoping for Vadal and Hawking to come back.

People keep saying Collins, and really i don't see it. He will get the "go back to school" grade

Hunter's lack of pass rush skills will hurt him in the draft.

He needs to come back and start putting QBs on their asses.

The Aggies need to lose more than that from their D.

You can change all the "possibly's" and "likely's" to "definite's"

We've played this game before, time and time again

OP: Great work.

I think it would be helpful to put the number of players at each position that are leaving, as well as ?/11 on offense/defense.

I think that would help it be more visually appealing.

Bama will be up there again. Won't beat them till Saban leaves. Not a pussy just stating facts.

Boy the OP is really overlooking the biggest possible hit LSU might take on offense. If anyone thinks that Vadal Alexander and Jerald Hawkins are anything but likely to leave for the draft than they are simply living in denial.

I think the possible success of the 2015 season is more dependent on Alexander and Hawkins' decision than anyone else on defense. We need to be able to lean on our offense line next year, especially when you consider the likelihood that our passing game might not improve substantially unless some personnel or schematic changes are made.

Reports have indicated that Hawkins comes from a pretty impoverished family in the small town of Baldwin, and I am sure he wants to do whatever is possible to secure his family's financial well-being. He's an athletic tackle with a great deal of upside and could go if he wants to. For a guy like Hawkins, I'm not sure that he will need to grade out as a 1st or 2nd-round pick in order to pull the trigger. Remember, the league minimum is $250,000/year which is a great deal of money to most of these kids.

Meanwhile, Alexander is a big-bodied, athletic interior lineman who is comparable to Trai Turner but with better pass-blocking abilities in my opinion. He also has another year under his belt and could easily project as a 2nd-round pick in a draft class with not many stellar interior linemen.

LSU returns more than Alabama on offense and Mississippi State on defense, but let's not make it seem like everyone is coming back.
